{"id":34,"date":"2018-03-26T23:09:06","date_gmt":"2018-03-26T21:09:06","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bifteki.de\/?p=34"},"modified":"2018-03-26T23:09:06","modified_gmt":"2018-03-26T21:09:06","slug":"steps-to-clean-and-reassemble-the-tevo-tornado-stock-hotend","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bifteki.de\/?p=34","title":{"rendered":"Steps to clean and reassemble the Tevo Tornado stock hotend"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Step 1: Take everything apart and clean it, you have to be able to look through the throat and the nozzle without obstacles.<\/p>\n<p>Step 2: Remove the PTFE Tube from the pressure fitting and inspect the tube for damages\/compressions and cut off the damaged part.<\/p>\n<p>Step 3: Put everything together nice and tight and mount it on the axis without the fans and do not insert the PTFE tube.<\/p>\n<p>Step 4: Heat up the nozzle to 230\u00b0C and when heated carefully retighten the nozzle, let it cool down after that.<\/p>\n<p>Step 5: Insert the PTFE tube and push it all the way in until it doesn&#8217;t move anymore.<\/p>\n<p>Step 6: Install the fans, level the bed and try printing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Step 1: Take everything apart and clean it, you have to be able to look through the throat and the nozzle without obstacles.
